This Privacy Policy explains how Shredneck LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as John Boy Brand ("Shredneck," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.cellphonebigscreen.com (the "Site") or buy the Cell Phone Big Screen from us.

Information you give us. When you place an order, contact us, or sign up for emails, we collect:

Name, shipping address, and billing address
Email address, and phone number if you provide one
Order details — what you bought, quantity, and price
Any message, review, photo, or support request you send us

Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and the site you came from
Approximate location derived from IP address
Cookie and device identifiers

Information from others. We may receive information from advertising and analytics partners, and from affiliate partners who refer you to us, such as the campaign or link you arrived through.

4. How we share information

A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Marketing emails

If you opt in, we may send emails about products, offers, and order-related news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing orders@john-boy.com. We will still send transactional messages about orders you have placed.

6. Your privacy rights

How to exercise them. Email orders@john-boy.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like. We will verify your identity — usually by confirming details of an order you placed — and respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days.

Opting out of targeted advertising. You can:

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to appeals within the time required by your state's law.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and children may not make purchases. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email orders@john-boy.com and we will delete it.

8. Data retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and support, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements — typically [X] years after your last order. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept for a shorter period set by our analytics providers.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on established providers for payments and e-commerce hosting.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Where we operate

We are located in the United States and currently sell only to U.S. addresses. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Third-party sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and may be advertised on third-party platforms. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. If we make material changes we will post a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
