If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to return an item

Email orders@john-boy.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number.
We will reply with a return authorization and the return address.
Send the product back in resalable condition, with all parts and packaging included.
Once we receive and inspect it, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.

What to know before you return

You pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked method — we cannot refund a return we do not receive.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Products returned damaged, incomplete, or used beyond ordinary inspection may receive a reduced refund or no refund.
Returns received after the 30-day window may be declined.

Damaged or defective on arrival
